Export Customer Service Officer

Job description:

• Receive product/project design drawings from customers and provide information to relevant departments to plan and quote customers
• Monitor and manage customer order progress
• Notify relevant departments about problems arising in orders to resolve the problem - Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job requirements:

• Gender: Female
• Market research, Marketing, Business, Foreign Trade or equivalent
• No experience necessary
• Proficiency in English is indispensable and must be proficient in computers
• Hardworking personality, diligence and good communication skills

• Income: fixed salary 10 million - 16 million + project commission + other bonuses

• Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
