Purchase Policy

A. SCOPE OF APPLICATION:

All interior design and construction customers at Casta receive delivery and complete interior installation directly at the construction site.

B. PAYMENT METHOD:

After you place an order, the Casta system will record the order and arrange a technician for installation. For each case we will apply different forms of payment.

C. DELIVERY POLICY:

Casta provides home furniture delivery and installation services for interior construction contracts in the City area. Ho Chi Minh City and some neighboring provinces.

In addition to the above free delivery cases, the remaining cases will be charged a delivery fee depending on the area. This shipping cost will be notified and confirmed by the company to you before signing the contract, making payment and installing the goods.

In some special cases or depending on the agreement with the Customer, shipping and delivery costs for areas outside the city. HCM can be completely exempted/reduced.

D. DELIVERY TIME:

After completing the procedures for signing an interior construction contract, the Construction and Production department will produce interior products based on design drawings and ensure construction progress according to the contract. Completed interior products will be carefully packaged, transported and installed at the construction site.

In some objective cases, delivery and installation time will be adjusted to suit the circumstances of each project/construction. Some force majeure causes include: Out of stock, unfavorable transportation, problems during the export process. In these cases, the company will notify customers as soon as possible.
