  1. Casta kitchen cabinet products are only warranted for damage caused by technical errors, bent wood parts due to manufacturer’s errors.
  2. While using Casta kitchen cabinet products, customers should pay attention to cleaning the kitchen cabinets regularl frequently, avoid rubbing with sharp objects, avoid letting water come into contact with the wooden surface for a long time, and avoid using cleaning chemicals to clean the product.

  4. The following damages are not covered by the warranty:
  • Due to floods, natural disasters, falls, scratches.
  • There is no valid warranty card from the company, or the warranty card is not suitable for the product
  • The product does not have the company’s identification stamp or has been repaired elsewhere.
  • Outside the warranty period according to company regulations

Casta kitchen cabinets provide a general product warranty of 2 years (24 months). In each specific case, please contact the Casta Kitchen Cabinet Showroom System where you purchased it to get the best support.

B. MAINTENANCE POLICY:

To ensure that your kitchen cabinets have a long life, we provide some information on care and maintenance so that your kitchen cabinets stay new throughout the entire period of use.

In addition, Casta has lifetime maintenance support for the product (with a maintenance fee).
